“I am looking forward to the new challenge of riding the wall at Homestead-Miami Speedway this weekend. This will be a new and exciting experience for me! “Getting back in the No. 88 Alpha Energy Solutions Camaro for the second week in a row is going to be a huge boost to my confidence. It will give me a chance create somewhat of a rhythm and be more comfortable with the car from the start. I’m hoping this will also allow me to build from what I learned last week at Kentucky Speedway and help us get a great finish.”
Swept Up in an Early Race Incident, Ben Rhodes Finishes 30th at Kentucky Speedway
“It was great to be able to race tonight. It helped knowing that I could race with these guys even with a wounded race car. I had a lot of fun. I learned a lot. We try to do everything we can with controlling the A factors and we did a good job with that tonight, but the B factors took us out of contention. We’ve just got to keep chugging along and hopefully we’ll get a good finish next weekend at Dover.”
