After weather forced the postponement of many races at Kentucky Speedway (KY), Legends Young Lions racer Ben Rhodes headed to the track on Saturday, July 30th, and Sunday, July 31st, to race in four feature events. At the end of the weekend, Rhodes had four more victories to add to his 2011 season.
Rhodes has won five of the six events at Kentucky Speedway this year. The one he didn’t win he wasn’t able to attend.
“I have to thank my team for giving me a great car,” said Rhodes. “Winning any race is important, but to win in my home state means a lot. We have gone five for five so far at the track this year, and we plan on coming back for more races here later this year.”
Rhodes will head to Charlotte Motor Speedway (NC) on Monday and Tuesday, August 1st and 2nd, to race in the Legends Big Money 100 event.
