The UARA-STARS Late Model Stock Series kicks off their 2012 racing season in just over a week at Hickory Motor Speedway (NC). Ben Rhodes and the Marcos Ambrose Motorsport #9 Stanley Ford Fusion team are ready to race, and now fans that cannot make it to the track can watch the events live online.
On Monday of this week, the series announced a partnership with MotorSportsBroadcasting.com to offer live pay-per-view telecasts of the events, starting at Hickory on Saturday, March 17th.
“I was excited to hear the news about the races being broadcast online,” said Rhodes. “A lot of my fans from my hometown in Louisville, Kentucky and across the country cannot make it to the races. They will now be able to watch the race from home.”
The online telecasts for the series will also bring additional exposure for the team sponsors.
“We appreciate the support of Stanley, Ford, Alpha Energy Solutions, and everyone else on board with our team this year,” continued Rhodes. “The series is helping us racers by giving our sponsors more visibility outside of the fans at the track to a worldwide audience. It is a great thing for everyone involved.”
Pricing for the live pay-per-view events has yet to be announced, but will be posted on the Ben Rhodes website and social media outlets once known.
